Return and Refund Policy

Reference: These terms apply together with the Order and Delivery Terms. Distance selling rules (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6) are observed where applicable to services.

1. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal under distance selling does not apply to services that have been fully performed and where performance began with the consumer’s explicit consent.

No right of return for services already delivered.

The customer may cancel the order before the service performance starts, but according to the Consumer Protection Act, no later than 14 days after placing the order through the online store.

 

2. Conditions for Return

Services cannot be returned after they have been delivered (session time has been booked) at the service location.

3. Refunds

Paid training fees are non-refundable. In case of illness, replacement sessions for booked trainings will be arranged separately. A medical certificate is required.

4. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing without delay.
