Services for companies
A single wellbeing day or ongoing collaboration
Services are planned around the participants, your goal and the time available. The format can be an active shared session, expert-led content or a longer wellbeing programme.
Power Plate company groups
Guided training for participants with different starting points. The session can be a one-off introduction, part of a wellbeing day or a regular company group in central Helsinki.
Workplace wellbeing and team days
A practical format that can combine Power Plate training, mobility, recovery and accessible health or coaching content.
Solution-focused workshops and coaching
From discussion to concrete insights and next steps. Themes may include workload, recovery, change, goals and a more sustainable workday.
Training and expert lectures
Power Plate training for health and fitness professionals, as well as expert content on movement, rehabilitation, bone health and holistic wellbeing.
Bindex bone health days
The radiation-free Bindex ultrasound measurement can be included in a company wellbeing day or event. Each participant receives a personal, confidential result and individual guidance.

The expert behind the service
Clinical knowledge and practical experience
The service concepts are led by Elina Salzwedel, registered nurse, Power Plate Master Educator, Bindex Training Specialist and solution-focused coach.
Long clinical experience, international educator work and entrepreneurship since 2014 come together in a practical way of meeting different people and work communities. Services are built around research, safety and the real needs of participants.
